Travel

Flights:
Please fly into Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ) . We suggest you arrive Sunday evening, March 18th, as the workshop starts promptly at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 19th.

The workshop ends at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23rd. We recommend you schedule your return flight no sooner than 6:30 p.m. due to distance to the airport, traffic and airport security. You will need 35 to 50 minutes to travel from the workshop venue to the airport, and additional time to return your rental car if you have one, get your bags checked, go through security and walk to your gate.

Ground Transportation:
For shuttle services, we recommend Sunport Shuttle 505-883-4966 www.sunportshuttle.com. It is not necessary to rent a car if you stay at the hotel where the training event will be held. Any other lodging will necessitate a rental car or other daily ground transportation.

Workshop

Location, Time, and Attire
The workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Dress is casual. 

Meals

Breakfast burritos, pastries, fruit and coffee is provided before training each morning along with an assortment of lunch options. Various beverages and snacks, including fruit, muffins, dips and chips are are provided during the morning and afternoon breaks. Dinner is not included. We can accommodate most dietary needs. Please notify us of any request or requirement you may have. 

Advanced Assignment

We will send you an email consisting of a writing and a reading assignment on February 5th. If you have not received the advance assignment by February 7th please contact Mike Mitchell at 919-883-4225. The written assignment is a key part of the workshop that is due back to us by March 5th. Make sure to bring 6 copies of your assignment with you to the workshop.
