The Skilled Facilitator Workshop
This four-day experience offers you and your facilitator colleagues a detailed, comprehensive approach to increasing your effectiveness. It gives you intensive, supervised practice, so that you leave the workshop able to help your clients interact much more effectively – particularly in situations that are high-stakes, potentially embarrassing, threatening or otherwise emotionally difficult.

Generally, we suggest your internal facilitators attend the workshop as a group, so that they can get real work done while learning a new approach to facilitation. We prepare your internal facilitators to be effective advocates for change toward the end of the workshop, and give them materials and information to support them in introducing this new approach to facilitation and change to your organization. Developmental Facilitation
To increase your facilitators' effectiveness even more quickly, and to help them address challenging issues, you may rely on us to:

  • Help your facilitators have effective conversations about their work, and
  • Develop your facilitators' capacity to work effectively together as a team
    …all while helping them achieve their performance goals. These developmental sessions will reinforce their learning from the Skilled Facilitator workshop. We would schedule the sessions on an as-needed basis as issues come up, and we'd join your regular meetings to work with the team as well. Coaching
Typically, you'll find that you or your facilitators want customized, timely help with a particular issue or opportunity. You'll also want this help to be given consistently with the Skilled Facilitator approach that you've adopted. That's where we come in. We help you and your colleagues address your new facilitation challenges more quickly and effectively than you would have on your own, saving you, your colleagues, and your organization precious time and resources. Train the Trainer
