Train the Trainer
Sometimes our clients want to build their own capability to train their employees in our approach. They usually want to do this because they want to reduce their dependency on our help to solve their own problems, and they also want to achieve large-scale behavior change in a cost effective way.
After working with us in this area, you and your colleagues can expect to coach others on our approach effectively; you'll become more effective trainers, facilitators and leaders, and you'll become certified to teach our workshops without our involvement.

Performance Appraisal Work
Sometimes our clients' organization or group isn't satisfied with its performance appraisal process – they may be using a 360 model for feedback, they may not be, but they are collecting feedback anonymously. Though they see some distinct benefits in their feedback process, it sometimes creates significant problems, and they question whether it helps people make sustained changes.
