Our organizational, community and group clients often want to quickly develop their effectiveness. They want to develop their leaders', consultants', members' or employees' capacity to work effectively together and to improve their organization's effectiveness, but they don't have the time or resources for all these people to work with us as developmental facilitators. They do want the same results: higher quality decisions, a more effective culture, a more satisfying work environment, more commitment, breakthroughs on age-old problems - and they want all this to be sustainable. They want to get these results quickly, and for large numbers of people – sometimes even their entire organization.

Individuals we serve often want similar things, for similar reasons. They want a relatively quick, intensive, cost effective experience that will propel them to greater personal effectiveness, regardless of their role

Our training helps our clients achieve these goals. If your organization works with us in this way, we will offer you intensive learning experiences for groups of people, followed by on-the-job learning and coaching support. We return to work with these same groups after one or two months to address successes and challenges, and can continue to support their development on an ongoing basis.
