Consulting
Sometimes the best help we can offer you is advice. Over the years, our clients have approached us with a basic question: "What would it look like for me to apply your approach to ________?" What's filled in this blank? Training, performance management processes, compensation systems, benefit packages and roles and responsibilities matrixes. In short, policies, processes and structures. We've helped many clients apply the Skilled Facilitator approach to get better results on a particular issue. This saves them the time and resources they'd have to devote to developing and testing their own approach.
We can share our experience with you to save you time and resources, and help you get better results. We partner with you to examine what it is about the policies, processes and structures in your organization that's contributing to your difficulties. We will help you identify a few key changes that will foster an inspired, capable workforce. After doing this, we help you create policies and structures that help you and your employees to live your values and achieve your goals. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we give you the benefit of our experience.
We begin this consulting work by learning about the way you do things now. We explore your situation together, identifying current challenges. We then work with you to uncover the root causes of these challenges. Once this work is done, we help you design policies, processes and structures that avoid the unintended consequences you and your employees had been facing. If you don't have the authority to make the change required to address these things, we can work with you in a coaching capacity to help you have productive conversations with those who do have the authority.
