Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policies

We realize that circumstances may come up that prevent you from attending a workshop that are beyond your control.  It is our desire to meet several interests when this happens, ranging from your goals and financial interests to our goals and financial commitments.  We have created the following policies to guide you if you find yourself unable to attend a workshop.

•  If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have registered and paid for, you must contact RSA as soon as possible so that we can fill your vacancy.  
• You have the option of transferring to another workshop or receiving a refund if we receive an email request 31 days or more before the first day of the workshop. 
• We will deduct from your refund a $275 administrative fee plus the cost of any materials sent to you including any shipping fees. 
• If you decide to transfer to another workshop, you will incur a $100 administrative fee. 

• Cancellations provided in writing 30 days or less from the beginning of the workshop are non-refundable, except when we have a full workshop. 
• You may offer your seat in the workshop to another person. 
• We will make reasonable efforts to fill all spaces available in the workshop. If we are able to accomplish this, you may request a refund or a transfer to another workshop.  Either request will be processed according to the guidelines noted above.
• If we are unable to fill the workshop, no refund will be offered and your fees will be applied towards the financial commitments RSA has incurred.
• If we do not receive written notice or you do not attend the workshop, no refund or transfer will be considered.

RSA makes every effort to promote a successful workshop and have the opportunity to work with and learn with you.  If a decision is made by RSA to cancel a workshop, we will notify you immediately so that you can cancel your travel plans.  RSA assumes no financial responsibility for travel costs you may have incurred.  You may request a full refund of your registration fees or request to transfer to another workshop.
