Product Return and Refund Policy

    

Tangible Products

  • All returns must be authorized by RSA.  To obtain return authorization, call our office at 919-932-3343 to discuss your return. Products received without prior authorization may not be replaced or refunded.
  • Damaged item(s) will be replaced if our office is notified within three days of receipt.  Notification of damaged products after three days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Depending on the damaged item(s) we may request that you return the damaged item(s) at our expense before replacement is issued or provide evidence of damages (a photo attachment in an email).
  • Undamaged and unused merchandise may be returned at your expense.  A refund check will be issued to you for the cost of the materials plus any sales tax.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If RSA receives returned materials in a damaged or unuseable state, we will notify you of the condition immediately.  Items received in a damaged state cannot be refunded.  You must contact your shipping carrier to discuss any remedies they have to offer you.
  • In general, shipping charges are non-refundable or subject to credit.  Consideration will be given if your shipment was received late or incomplete.  In such cases we will contact our shipper to determine the cause of the dealy.  We will pass along any price reduction the shipper provides.  Items damaged in shipping DO NOT qualify as a late or incomplete shipment.


   

Intangible Products

Many of our products are provided in an digital format.  These products include our teleclass recordings, webinar recordings and our eBooks.  Understanding the nature of digital products, we have tried to create a system that is safe, secure and user friendly.  We appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have to improve this process.  Feel free to send your thoughts by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page. 

RSA assumes no responsibility for ensuring file compatibility and or implementation.  If you are experiencing difficulty in the use of your digital product(s), RSA can provide the product(s) to you in a physical format.  Additional shipping and handling fees will apply.  RSA will not provide refunds for digital products, as outlined in the Terms and Agreement you accepted prior to receiving the electronic product(s).
