Training
Some training gives you specific tools, but no way to understand how to apply those tools outside of canned workshop scenarios or scripted situations. Other training gives you theory but never answers your question, “exactly what do I do?” Our training is different: we give you the tools and the principles behind them so you can apply them in your real situations – in the workshop and back at work.

Diagnosis is a one-day in-person session followed by a virtual meeting to review findings and recommendations. Here’s what you can expect:
- Greater insight into how your team gets stuck. We’ll focus on a key problem your organization is confronting and the way you work to tackle it. You’ll better understand where you have alignment and where you have differing views.
- We explain and model an approach to group effectiveness that will enable you to get to the heart of your most important challenges and opportunities. We’ll show you how the way you think – your mindset – influences the way you work with others. You’ll get new clarity about what’s really going on in your team and how to improve it.
- Through this short engagement, you’ll make an informed choice: does your team need to make essential changes in mindset, behaviors and structures to get the results your organization needs? Are all of you ready and committed to move forward?
Through consulting you will:
- Identify the processes and structures that are affecting your team’s performance.
- Determine if the way you run your business is actually contributing to getting you stuck by reducing accountability, transparency, curiosity, informed choice and compassion.
- Design changes to existing structures and processes to ensure they do not undermine your desired results or identify ways to work with the ones you cannot change.
Through the Mutual Learning approach training you will:
